Mushroom Capsicum pepper fry, Mushroom fry,Mushroom Capsicum Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Mushroom 10
- Capsicum 1 small
- Onion 1 small
- Tomato 1/2
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Green chilli 3 nos
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper corns 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Slice the mushroom thinly,cut the capsicum lengthwise,chop the onion and tomato finely and crush the garlic,slit the green chilli
- Crush the pepper corns and cumin seeds in the mortar
- Heat a flat pan with oil add the garlic and green chilli
- Now add onion when onion start to brown add tomato fry them for 2 minutes then add capsicum
- When the capsicum started to cook or when it started to get soft add salt ,garam masala cook them for a minute ,Add the mushroom cook them until all the water from the mushroom started to evaporate keep the flame high (don't want them to be mushy)
- Add crushed pepper and cumin stir it well and turn of the heat
- Serve it with roti or make it a sandwich with a cheese slice
Red bean sandwich,Read bean cheese toast
Ingredients needed to make Sandwich:
Red bean curry,bread slices(whole meal), Mint chutney, cheese slices
Ingredients to make Red bean curry:
- Red bean 1 can
- Onion 1 small chopped
- Tomato 2 chopped
- Garlic 3 cloves chopped
- Ginger 1/2 inch grated
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt for taste
Method:
- In pan add some oil start frying onion,garlic,ginger until golden brown now add tomato and spices along with salt cook them until the water from tomato start to come out
- Drain the water from the Bean Can and add it to the masala in the pan cook them until all the water is absorbed or until it is semi dry
Mint chutney:
- Mint leaves one hand full ,
- Coriander leave 1/2 hand full
- Garlic 1
- Ginger small piece
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Coconut small piece
- 1/2 Lime juice
- Grind them all together into smooth paste
Now all the ingredients are ready to make our sandwich
- In one slices spread some green chutney
- Place red bean curry over spread it evenly add cheese slice over the curry close it with another bread slice
- Heat a tawa add some butter toast on both sides
- Eat it hot
Cabbage chapathi roll
This simple recipe is grate for lunch box and it is really very quick and easy
Ingredients:
Cabbage sliced thinly 2 cups
Carrot 1 sliced thinly
Beans few chopped finely
Onion chopped finely
Garlic 2 cloves chopped
Green chili chopped finely
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt and Oil
Green chutney(coriander or mint chutney)
For Chapathi:
Wholemeal wheat Flour 2 cups
Luke warm water 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1tsp
Mix flour water salt together knead them until it becomes soft knead it into a ball coat the dough with oil keep it aside
Make into small balls roll them into small disk cook them on both sides in a a hot pan
when the chapathi are cooked keep it in a basked cover it with a cloth

- Add the veg and all the powder fry them for a minute sprinkle some water cook them until all the vegetable are soft enough
- Now take one chapathi Spread some chutney over it place some cabbage fold it on both sides and then roll the chapathi over
- Preheat the sandwich maker, keep the rolls inside for 2 minutes
- Serve it hot or it is great for kids lunch box
Flour less almond meal chocolate cake
Ingredients:
Method:
- Almond meal 200gm
- Dark chocolate 200gm
- Butter 200 gm
- Eggs 4 large free range
- Brown sugar 330 gm
- Coco powder 25gm+1 tsp
- Water 80 ml
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Prepare a baking pan lined with baking paper
- Separate egg whites from yolk whisk the whites in a separate bowl until it has soft peaks
- In a pan take dark chocolate ,butter ,coco powder ,water combine them over low heat,cook ,stirring for 3 mins or until the mixture is smooth transfer them to a large bowl
- Add the egg yolk,sugar and almond meal and stir to combine
- Add half of the egg white to the chocolate mixture and gently fold to combine.add the remaining egg white and gently fold to combine
- Pour into prepared pan ,bake for 45-50 minutes or skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
- Set aside to cool completely
- Serve it with coco powder
French Toast
Ingredients:
Soft white bread slices 4
Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a large bowl beat the egg along with milk and sugar add vanilla extract mix them all together
Take a slice of bread soak them in mixture ,meanwhile heat a pan add 1 tsp of butter when the butter start to melt place the slice over it cook them until brown and another tsp of butter flip the bread toast the other side sprinkle some sugar while it is hot ,serve it hot
Beet root rice

- Beetroot 2 medium size peeled and grated
- Onion 1 medium size
- Tomato 1 medium size
- Green chili 4 nos
- Basmati rice 2 1/2 cups
- Ginger 1 cm piece/garlic 4 nos blended to smooth paste
- Mint and coriander leaves few chopped
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1cm piece,Cardamon 2 pods,Bayleaf 1.Clove 2 nos,Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash and soak basmati rice in 4 cups of water
- Chop Onion and Tomato,split the chilies
- Heat a cooker with oil and ghee add cinnamon,caradamon,bayleaf ,cloves,and fennel seeds saute them for 1 minute
- Now add chili and onion fry them until onion turns golden brown now add ginger and garlic paste fry them until raw smell goes off
- Add tomato and salt cook it until tomato becomes soft
- Now add the grated beetroot mix it well in the masala once after mixing it well add the soaked water and bring it to boil add the rice cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistle
- Serve it with cucumber and tomato raitha
