Cabbage chapathi roll
This simple recipe is grate for lunch box and it is really very quick and easy
Ingredients:
Cabbage sliced thinly 2 cups
Carrot 1 sliced thinly
Beans few chopped finely
Onion chopped finely
Garlic 2 cloves chopped
Green chili chopped finely
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt and Oil
Green chutney(coriander or mint chutney)
For Chapathi:
Wholemeal wheat Flour 2 cups
Luke warm water 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1tsp
Mix flour water salt together knead them until it becomes soft knead it into a ball coat the dough with oil keep it aside
Make into small balls roll them into small disk cook them on both sides in a a hot pan
when the chapathi are cooked keep it in a basked cover it with a cloth

Method:
- Heat a pan with oil add chopped garlic onion chili
- Add the veg and all the powder fry them for a minute sprinkle some water cook them until all the vegetable are soft enough
- Now take one chapathi Spread some chutney over it place some cabbage fold it on both sides and then roll the chapathi over
- Preheat the sandwich maker, keep the rolls inside for 2 minutes
- Serve it hot or it is great for kids lunch box
Flour less almond meal chocolate cake
Ingredients:
Method:
- Almond meal 200gm
- Dark chocolate 200gm
- Butter 200 gm
- Eggs 4 large free range
- Brown sugar 330 gm
- Coco powder 25gm+1 tsp
- Water 80 ml
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Prepare a baking pan lined with baking paper
- Separate egg whites from yolk whisk the whites in a separate bowl until it has soft peaks
- In a pan take dark chocolate ,butter ,coco powder ,water combine them over low heat,cook ,stirring for 3 mins or until the mixture is smooth transfer them to a large bowl
- Add the egg yolk,sugar and almond meal and stir to combine
- Add half of the egg white to the chocolate mixture and gently fold to combine.add the remaining egg white and gently fold to combine
- Pour into prepared pan ,bake for 45-50 minutes or skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
- Set aside to cool completely
- Serve it with coco powder
French Toast
Ingredients:
Soft white bread slices 4
Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a large bowl beat the egg along with milk and sugar add vanilla extract mix them all together
Take a slice of bread soak them in mixture ,meanwhile heat a pan add 1 tsp of butter when the butter start to melt place the slice over it cook them until brown and another tsp of butter flip the bread toast the other side sprinkle some sugar while it is hot ,serve it hot
