Very simple Pasta for kids

    
 This pasta recipe is very simple i used to do for my kids whenever i feel tired to cook they love it and it is very quick to do
  
Ingredients:

  1.     Any pasta 150 gm
  2.    onion  1 small size
  3.   Tomato 1 large
  4.   Capsicum 1small
  5.   Carrot  1 small
  6.    Potato 1 small
  7.   Garlic 2 cloves 
  8.   Chili flakes  1tsp
  9.   salt as needed
  10.   Basil leaves a small bunch
  11.  shredded cheddar cheese  3 tbsp
  12. Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method:

  •     Cook the pasta in boiling water with little salt 
  •     For the sauce, juice 1 tomato keep it aside 
  •   Chop all the vegetables into very small squares
  •    Add oil in the pan ,start cooking garlic, onion,carrot,potato, capsicum fry them for a minute now add tomato juice to it add chili flakes and salt cook  until the vegetables are soft 
  • Drain the pasta once it is cooked 
  • Now add the cooked pasta to the prepared sauce
  •  Garnish with lots of basil leaves and cheese
      

Toast, beans and egg

Ingredients:

  1.     Canned cannellini beans 1
  2.       Onion 1 small
  3.       Carrot  1 small
  4.       Tomato 1 small
  5.       Garlic 3 cloves
  6.      Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7.      Chili powder 1 tsp
  8.       Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9.       Coriander leaves to garnish
  10.        Egg 1
  11.       Wholemeal bread 1 slice
  12.       Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp(optional)
  13.       Salt for taste
Method:

  1.       In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil cook chopped garlic,onion,tomato one by one
  2.       Add all other dry powder cook for a minute now add the canned beans and carrot cook until the carrot is done
  3.        Add salt but make sure our bens is not salted already (usually i drain the can liquid i find it to sticky if we want we can add it along with the beans)
  4.       We can also soak any dry beans day before cook it and then add 
  5.       Fry one egg in little oil with little salt and pepper
  6.      Toast the bread add the cheese while it is hot 
  7.       Pour the hot beans over it 
  8.       Serve it with egg



Guacamole, salad and wholemeal toast

Guacamole:
  we need,
       Avocado 1(it must be slight brown when you touch it should be little soft)
        half a lemon juice
        Green chili 1 (optional)
        Garlic 1 clove crushed
        Salt  as needed
        Chopped coriander leaves

  Take the Avocado cut them into half take the seeds out scoop the flesh smash it with the back of the spoon add salt, lemon juice ,crushed garlic and chopped green chili garnish with chopped coriander leaves
 
Chop salad leaves, cucumber.spring onion,tomato squeeze lime juice and sprinkle salt and pepper
  
Toast wholemeal bread with little olive oil
